Prep the tofu. Press the tofu to get extra liquid out, cut it into cubes, and toss with corn starch.

Cook the tofu. Heat neutral oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the tofu in a single layer until crisp.

Make the sauce.  In a small bowl combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, toasted sesame oil, and rice vinegar.

Add the sauce to the tofu. To the pan with the crispy tofu add the honey garlic sauce and simmer until slightly thickened.
