Make brown sugar mixture. In a small bowl combine the light brown sugar, orange zest, cardamom, and salt.

Sprinkle brown sugar mixture over plums & bake. Evenly sprinkle the brown sugar mixture over the plums and bake at 400℉ for 30 minutes.

Make the whipped yogurt. In a bowl combine the greek yogurt and heavy cream. Whisk together until airy and loose peaks form.

Assemble. Spread some whipped yogurt on the bottom of a bowl or plate. Top with plums, a drizzle of honey, and roasted walnuts.
