This easy Cake Mix Peach Cobbler recipe is such an easy peach dessert where you quite literally dump the ingredients and bake! With a golden brown buttery top, and sweet, gooey peach filling with warm spices, it's the perfect dessert for an any time of year peach cobbler craving.
Dump 2 full cans of peaches and their liquid into an 11x7 baking casserole dish. For the 3rd can, separate the peaches and their juice and use only the peaches - add to the baking dish.
To the peaches, add the 1 teaspoon cinnamon and ½ teaspoon nutmeg. Mix to combine.
Right on top of your peaches, add the cake mix and spread into an even, flat layer.
Melt the 1 ½ stick of salted butter and pour the fully melted butter evenly on top of the cake mix. Use a spatula/spoon/fork as needed to try to cover as much of the dry cake mix as you can.
Bake the cobbler at 350F for 40-50 minutes until deeply golden brown and the edges are bubbly.
