Pizza with Onions, Garlic and Pepperoncini
A classic pizza topped off with delicious bold flavors.
Yield: 8 slices
Preheat oven to 425℉
Roll out pizza dough - doesn't need to be a perfect circle - and place on a baking sheet
Pour the tomato sauce on top of dough and spread evenly
Top with a layer of the onions, garlic & pepperoncini
Finish off by topping with the mozzarella and pecorino romano (putting the cheese on last will help the toppings stay put)
Bake for about 15 minutes (or to directions of your dough & cheese is melted and bubbly).
