Perfect Chocolate Chip Pancakes
Perfectly fluffy and chocolatey, chocolate chip pancakes.
Yield: 8 -10 pancakes
In a large bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, salt and baking powder - give it a little mix.
In a medium bow, combine the granulated sugar, vanilla, egg, melted butter, and milk - whisk to combine.
Add the wet ingredients into the dry, whisking until fully combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Heat a non-stick pan or griddle to medium, and using a ¼ cup for sizing, pour batter. When you see bubbles appear and pop on the top, you know it's time to flip (typically a few minutes). Continue until you've used all the batter.
Serve with maple syrup!
