Classic & simple guacamole recipe, bursting with flavor.
Prep time: 15 mins


  • 3 ripe avocados
  • ¼ red onion diced
  • 1 jalapeño diced
  • ½ Roma tomato diced (or a few grape tomatoes, quartered)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro minced
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 teaspoon salt


  • In medium bowl, add diced avocados, red onion, jalapeño, and tomato.
  • To this, add in the minced cilantro, lime juice and salt.
  • Using a fork, mash the avocado to your ideal consistency. I generally like it pretty mashed up, but if you prefer larger avocado chunks that's fine too.
  • Serve with chips, veggies, pita, or what you desire.
