Acai Bowl

Refreshing and simple acai bowl perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 1 7 oz or so package of frozen acai
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoon oat milk or milk of your choice - or water
  • Honey

For the topping:

  • ¼ cup of your favorite granola
  • ½ banana sliced
  • About 4-5 sliced strawberries
  • A hand-full of blueberries

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the frozen acai, banana, and milk/water. Blend until smooth. 
  • Pour into a wide bowl, and top with banana, blueberry, strawberry, granola, and a drizzle of honey.
