Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 3 oz half a bag fresh spinach
  • ½ an avocado
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until combined and a smooth, homogenous mixture is achieved.
