- 1 cup diced roma tomatoes seeds removed
- 3 cups diced pineapple
- ¾ cup diced red onion
- 2 tablespoon diced jalapeños seeds and ribs removed
- 2 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Finely dice the tomatoes, pineapple, onion, and jalapeño.
