Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced roma tomatoes seeds removed
  • 3 cups diced pineapple
  • ¾ cup diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoon diced jalapeños seeds and ribs removed
  • 2 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Finely dice the tomatoes, pineapple, onion, and jalapeño.
  • Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine.
