Loaf of bread of your choice — something relatively firm and not too strong in flavor on its own. A baguette works nicely.
15ozricotta cheese
6-8plums
½cupchopped pistachios
Honey for drizzling
Salt
Instructions
Cut the bread into slices about ½ - ¾ of an inch thick.
Cut the plums into thin slices.
To assemble, layer 1 tablespoon of ricotta cheese on a slice of bread, follow with a few slices of plum, a sprinkle of pistachios, a drizzle of honey and a pinch of salt.
